Corporate Social Responsibility
COBCOE has now developed a CSR strategy activity and is committed to sharing best practice between COBCOE members with a view to maximizing the effectiveness of CSR in all chambers, to identifying a broad cross-section of charities which make an effective and efficient use of donors’ contributions, to creating a platform, through events and publications for registered charities to promote their activities and raise funds, to assisting registered charities on a pro bono basis to improve operational activity and to identifying key thought leadership/ responsibility topic areas on which it should focus.
COBCOE is forging links with specific not for profit organisations to raise awareness of longer term sustainable solutions for some of the sections of society they represent. Specifically we have joined the fight against Human Trafficking and are working with the Prince of Wales’s Youth Business International to encourage young entrepreneurship across Europe.

Please note that COBCOE is a not for profit organisation and relies on the goodwill of its members and partners. To this end, your organisation may wish to support the initiatives of COBCOE as a relevant and effective CSR partner. Becoming a Benefactor partner of COBCOE is of interest to those companies whose main interest is to support the organisation’s endeavours; with the vision to see the purpose and benefits of having such an organisation develop to a viable position in a leading role, as part of a CSR strategy and will be of particular interest to businesses with a keen interest in promoting the UK business brand.
