Glenn has been Executive Director of the British Chamber in Belgium since 2008. Before joining the chamber he was consultant to international companies and organisations, on environment, technology and innovation, economic development policy and funding. Prior to that he led the Welsh representation to the EU in Brussels and was European adviser to the Welsh Development Agency.
