Ray Power has been in the Balkan region since 1998, and has a diverse range of regional business interests - ranging from a small nursery school to a publically-listed IT company (which was the first IT floatation on the Macedonian Stock Exchange), and an investment fund in the agricultural sector.

Ray established the award-winning British Business Group in Macedonia in March 2006, and was subsequently invited to lead the creation of the British Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo. After opening its office in November 2009, the BCCK became a COBCOE award-winning chamber within its first year.

The BCCK is now regarded as a significant partner in UK-Kosovo trade relations, having made an impact on the British commercial position in Kosovo by hosting numerous business delegations and such high profile guests as HRH Prince Michael of Kent and the Rt Hon Tony Blair.

Ray makes a point of leading the Chambers with innovation and entrepreneurship, even to the point of establishing a Macedonian national cricket team to provide corporate teams a reason to make new relationships in otherwise overlooked countries.

In his spare time Ray enjoys spending time with his wife, Angelina, and two sons Christian and Max; when time allows you will find him pursuing any one of his hobbies including mountain biking, flying, running or just clocking up miles on a motorbike.
