Regional Development Agencies

REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCIES  erd England's Regional Development Agencies (RDAs) were first launched in 1999, with the London Development Agency following in 2000.Their mission is to spread economic prosperity and opportunity to everyone in the nine regions of England. The RDAs do this through providing strategic direction for economic development, ensuring the needs and opportunities for every region are taken into account. They work to make lasting improvements in the economic performance of all regions and to reduce the gap in growth rates between the regions.RDAs can be extremely useful for businesses planning to expand to any of the nine regions. The agencies will provide information on investment opportunities, getting in contact with the local community, learning about the available infrastructures and everything that can be useful for starting and running a business.   nwrdalogoNorthwest Regional Development Agency one_northeast_logoOne North East yorkshire-forward-rda-logo Yorkshire Forward advantage-wm-rdalogo Advantage West Midlands eastmidlandsrdalogo  East Midlands Development Agency eastenglandrdalogo  East of England Development Agency swr South West Regional Development Agency seeda South East of England Development Agency londonrdalogo London Development Agency                                                                                                                                             scottish-enterprise  Scotland Enterprise investnorthernireland Invest Northern Ireland intbusinesswales International Business Wales     Contacts RDA Secretariat 5th Floor, Oceanic House 1a Cockspur Street London SW1Y 5BG Tel: +44 (0) 1925 402 300
